This hotel is a hidden gem! the attention to detail is amazing, from the spotlessly clean rooms to the friendly and considerate owners. Secondly, the location is perfect - a short walk to the town centre, yet situated in a lovely quiet area. Lastly, the breakfast was a real treat with a variety of choices and the filtered coffee was divine.
One minor issue, but all in all, a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the amazing breakfast. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the train station and close to the pier and seafront. We loved being so close to everything we needed, including pubs and shops. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Pleasant and clean place with a lovely reception. The food was amazing, I loved cereal and toast served in the morning. The staff were polite and amicable as well, will be back.

I loved it, including stuff and location. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with toiletries and tea/coffee. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The venue was traditional, I enjoyed the stay and the location was unbeatable close enough to Blackpool and the attractions and railway station. North Shore district won't disappoint you. Even though the bed was very uncomfortable, it was nice stay. Staff and owner were all beautiful.
Very small bathroom, and the breakfast was disappointing.
